等候名单, 等待列表
a roster of individuals who are queued or in line for a particular service, opportunity, or item
A waiting list is a list of applicants who are not initially offered a spot in a program, school, or job but may be given an opportunity if space becomes available. If some accepted applicants decide not to enroll or accept an offer, those on the waiting list could be contacted and offered admission or a position. Being placed on a waiting list does not guarantee acceptance, but it means that the applicant is still being considered.
